How Much Wood To Smoke

2010 farewell ... MERRY CHRISTMAS ...

We have one more day and this year is over: I hate this holiday you do not know why you always have fun, you're a poor man if you go out to uncork the champagne with a hundred others like you coming out to say they had been left at home, it seems that we need to draw together the threads of their lives ... because you know another year has passed and you, what have you done? What fantastic events you let that occur in your life?
... But please! Sometimes I think the fantastic event that occurred in my life is that I could bring home the skin, mine and those I love ... that is not something so obvious!
Then I thought, in fact, there is a long list of things that I thought: the first in chronological order, starting now and going back is that now my "almost" in-law put me to the place computer, installing a program to see some cross-stitch patterns that would otherwise not even through a telescope, I have Outlook installed, I can use blogger draft ... I feel like a fulfilled woman!
I read about forty books, visited at least three shows (say six because I saw them twice each !)... no to be precise I've seen four shows!
I celebrated in my house (a mansion!) Five birthday parties, held a baptism with a lot of favors, a Halloween party, Christmas and New Year's next ...
repainted the kitchen, hall, attacked the new pictures ... completed at least three cross stitch ... big!
Learned to pull the dough: experiencing four kinds of pasta!
So I lived! and are so happy about this and have loved as I could, as best I could ... have not become richer financially, I have not found a husband, I have traveled if not in my mind but I feel that I went far away and then be back ... So with all my heart hope to all people, big and small they fought like me, even more than me this year, has now come to an end HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!!!!!

But Hello! I am very happy to welcome you on my blog.
Strength and courage, we begin with a beautiful presentation for all Italian readers.

Heil, hello to everyone. It 's really nice to come into contact with Italian people who have or may have the desire to read my books and let him know who I am. Of course, if you are able to read English can find out a blunder of things about me on www.allanfrewinjones.com but for everyone else I can tell you that I started writing stories at age nine and that my favorite genre has always been a fantasy. The book that first led me to write is titled The Weirdstone of Brisingamen and is signed by an English writer named Alan Garnen. Once I even wrote to thank him! I started writing fantasy stories and I sent my first book to a publisher when I was in my teens. I was rejected, but since I had written for myself, I was not particularly upset. I continued to write and I tried to be re-released some years later. In the 80's. The fantasy then it was not something that publishers were interested, so I wrote romantic novels for children and similar books. I had several books published in 1992 and I was able to become a writer full time. Then, in the late 90's, Harry Potter has arrived and suddenly every publisher wanted a new fantasy.
And so I wrote the Faerie Path series and Warrior Princess, both of which are fantasy, even if they are very different from each other as a series.

Hello there, everyone. It is really good to be Able to make contact with people in Italy who may wish to read my books, and to let them know who I am. Of course, if you are able to read English, you can find out a whole lot about me from my website www.allanfrewinjones.com . But for everyone else, I can tell you that I started writing stories when I was about 9 years old and that my favourite genre was always fantasy. The book that actually got me writing in the first place is called The Weirdstone of Brisingamen and is by an English author named Alan Garner. I have since written to him and thanked him! I started off writing fantasy stories, and I sent my first book off to a publisher when I was in my teens. It was rejected, but because I was writing for myself, I wasn’t particularly upset. I carried on writing, and tried to get published again some years later. In those days, in the 1980s. Fantasy wasn’t something that publishers were interested in, so I wrote teen romances and similar books. I got several books published and in 1992, I was able to go full time as a writer. Then, in the late 1990s, Harry Potter came along and all the publishers suddenly wanted fantasy again. And so I wrote the Faerie Path series and the Warrior Princess series, both of which are fantasies, although they are quite different as series .
So che è anche musicista e pittore, perché ha deciso di diventare uno scrittore? Cosa ha fatto si che la scrittura fosse la sua prima choice?
It 's true, I like to play and create art work - and the simple answer to your question is that we simply do not have the necessary perseverance to learn to play an instrument at high levels - all of that exercise is not continuous for me! So, in conclusion, I play different instruments, not very well, and this is my hobby.
Similarly, although I like art, painting, drawing, etc. I do not feel inspired to create a lot of artwork - again, this is an enjoyable hobby.
But writing is my first love, is something I've always done and probably will always continue to do. I tend to see things in words rather than images, and I love the act of putting words on paper - or on a computer screen these days, certainly. I think I simply love playing with words and that's all, it's all there. As some people like to dance or play football, but I love writing.
I'm just lucky to be able to make a living doing something I love so much.

It's true I Also like to play music and to create artworks - and the simple answer to your question is That I Simply Do not have the discipline Necessary to learn to play a musical instrument to a high standard - All That repetitive Practicing is not for me! So I play Several instruments not very well, and that is my hobby. Similarly, although I do enjoy art, painting and drawing and so on, I don’t really feel inspired to do a lot of artwork – again, this as a pleasant hobby for me. I’m just lucky that I am able to make a living doing something that I enjoy so much.
Do you have any "vice / habit" of writing? How long do you need for writing a book?
Since I earn my living writing, I have to work on a daily basis. I tend to start more or less between 8 am and 9 am, arriving at his desk and control, first, the incoming mail. I receive fan mail almost every day and always reply personally as soon as possible. I also get comments on the blog of the website and they also often say, then there are the usual work-related mail. And then, I begin to write. I've always jotted down the track of the books in advance so that you know very well what is going to happen exactly at that moment in history. Sometimes as I go along I get the best ideas and then change things, but generally I stick to the main scheme of the plot that I developed. This saves me "writer's block." In reality, the process of writing a book of The Faerie Path takes about ten weeks - but I spent several months before this stage by making the entire plot of the book. I like to write about 2000 words a day, sometimes less, sometimes a bit 'more. This I do in the morning then in the afternoon, my wife Claudia go home and spend some 'time together. But, being a writer, my brain is usually always the story although I'm having dinner or watching television, in un certo senso lavoro tutto il tempo – e spesso devo correre a scarabocchiare giù un’idea velocissimamente prima che me ne dimentichi!

While writing this series has had difficulty in creating a teenage protagonist?

I write children's books for 25 years now and never think to find too difficult to enter the minds of the protagonists. Try to imagine even as a teenager - to get my characters to behave as naturally as possible, given the strange things that happen to them.

I Have Been writing Children's books for 25 years now, and I do not think I find it too hard to get inside the minds of my main characters. I try to imagine myself Still as a teenager - and to Have My characters behave in as natural a way as possible, given the Strange Things That Happen To Them.
Who is Tania? Only the fruit of his imagination or is there something real about her?

Tania is not based on a real person - but I hope that his actions and reactions in the book seem "real" to readers. This is one of the most important things of fantasy, which is perceived as the main characters as human as possible, even if these are the Immortals Fairy Princesses! Tania for me is "real" and my hope is that this seems also to readers of books.

That is one of the most important things about fantasy, to me, that the main characters come across as being as human as possible, even if they are Immortal Faerie Princesses! Tania does feel “real” to me –and my hope is that she seems like a real person to people who read the books.
La serie The Faerie Path parla di fate, amori ed insidie. Cosa ha in serbo il futuro per Tania?

Tania dovrà superare parecchi ostacoli per scoprire quale sia il suo vero destino tra le fate – ma sarebbe wrong of me to tell you this now - would be much better if possible for readers to find out what happens by reading books. But I will tell you this, one of the most difficult challenges that will face Tania, will try to figure out who she really is. She is half human and half fairy princess - she is completely split in half and many of its problems in the book derive from this fundamental division of his personality. You're two different people living in one body.

Tania Will Have to Overcome Obstacles to find a lot of you in her true Faerie - But Would it be wrong of me to explain These now - it will be far better, if possible, for readers to find out what happens by reading the books. But I will say that one of the most difficult trials that Tania undergoes is in trying to decide who she realls is. She is half human and half a Faerie Princess – she is completely split down the middle about this and a lot of her problems in the books come from this fundamental split in her personality. She is two people living in one body!
Quali sono i suoi piani futuri? Ci sono altri progetti a cui sta attualmente lavorando?

Ho da poco finito di scrivere il quarto libro della serie Warrior Princess – un’altra serie fantasy, ma questa volta set in the 6th century and the lands of Wales, where the heroine, a girl of fifteen named Branwen, meet a group of ancient gods who all said to have died centuries ago! Of these tell her that she has a great destiny - but she does not want anything to have a destiny - she wants to spend her life taking their own decisions! But take out the art of the gods is not so easy, and in books, Branwen will learn that it is not easy even hide from your destiny!

In addition, I co-wrote a series of six books for younger readers - are adventures with talking animals, pirates and airships. In the UK series Sundered Lands is entitled, while the U.S. has the name of Six Crowns. These books are aimed at the younger audience of readers - from 8 to 12 years, and are quite entertaining. Statti are written together with a great illustrator who is called Gary Chalk and lives in Normandy, France (But I live in London, UK). We think the plot of the books together, then I'm going to write while he goes to create the images - are featured in every respect - and the images are excellent.
We are also working on some other project for next year, but I can not really talk, not yet - not until we know exactly what you end up doing.

I have recently finished writing the fourth book in the Warrior Princess series – another Fantasy series, but this time set in the 6th Century in the land of Wales, where the heroine, a fifteen year old girl called Branwen, meets up with a group of old gods that everyone told her had died centuries earlier! These gods tell her that she has a great destiny – but she really doesn’t want a destiny – she wants to spend her life making her own choices! But gods arte not so easily put off, and through the books, Branwen learns that it is not so easy to hide from your destiny!

Also, I have co-written a series of six books for younger readers – they are adventures with talking animals and pirates and flying ships. In Great Britain the series is to be called Sundered Lands, and in America it is called The Six Crowns. These books are aimed at a younger readership – for readers between about 8 and 12 years old, and they are a lot of fun. They were co-written by a really great illustrator called Gary Chalk, who lives in Normandy in France (I live in London UK). We plot the books between us, then I go off and write them while he goes off and does the pictures – they are illustrated throughout, and his pictures are really excellent.
We are also working on some other projects for next year, but I can’t really talk about them yet – not until we know exactly what we will end up doing.

She is published by PIEMME Series Talisman, is there any chance to read The Faerie Path in Italian?

When I do not think that The Faerie Path is available in Italian, but I am sure that if enough people wanted it and require an Italian edition with a loud voice over internet etc.., Italian publishers it would buy the rights and they would translated.

At the moment, I do not Believe That The Faerie Path is available in Italian, but I'm sure That if enough people want an Italian edition and make Their voices heard on the internet etc, an Italian publisher will buy the rights and translate it.

Well, well, and now a bit 'of little questions from readers ^ ^

Alessandra: My question is what did the idea for the Faerie Path series?

The first idea came after a visit to Hampton Court Palace in London - where the idea of a kind of enchanted world of the Tudors came the first time. But I needed a modern setting so that readers could get involved in what happened - which is where Tania has emerged as the main character. She's a modern girl who lives his life in modern London - and ignoring of being half fairy! Then I needed to find a way to find out Tania in her fairy heritage - and once that is done, the rest of the pieces have gone into place. As I said before, the main problem of Tania, most of the time, is trying to decide who she really is. And I think that most teenagers can identify this problem, although not on such a wide scale.
I have taken several cues from old books, fantasy, legends and mythology - and then I mixed all the ideas, I've turned pitch and have re-emerged with a new idea to work on.

The very idea first chamber after a visit to Hampton Court Palace in London - where the idea of a kind of first chamber about Tudor Faerie World. But it needed a modern setting so that readers would be able to get involved in what happened – which is when Tania emerged as a main character. She is a modern girl living her life in modern London - and not knowing that she is half-Faerie! Then I needed to come up with a way for Tania to find out her Faerie heritage –and once I had done that, the rest of the pieces fell into place. As I said above, Tania’s main problem a lot of the time is in trying to decide who she really is. And I think a lot of teenagers can identify with that problem, even if not on such a large scale.

I get a lot of inspiration from old Fantasy books and books of legends and mythology –and then I mix all the ideas up and switch Them around and come up with new ideas to work with.

Morna: So, so ... my question is: why he chose to write a book as having the magic world, of all the fantastic creatures?
I can do another?
If the books were movie stars who choose to preincipali?

The simple answer to your question is that I write them because I particularly like - I love a great deal of fantasy and I like to write a fairy realm full of incredible magic (even if readers do not they remember, they do not never call it "magic" there.) For the other question, I never really thought about the actors for the roles - but if you go on mysticrealms.co.nr can find video trailers made by fans, players and show that they think can play the part. It 'really good, and I recommend anyone interested to take a look - have Orlando Bloom as King Oberon!

The simple answer to your first question is that i wrote about Them Especially because i love them - I really love fantasy and I enjoy writing about a Faerie Realm full of amazing magic (although readers notice They Never Would call it "magic" there.) As for the other question _ Have not ever really thought about Actors for the roles - But if you go to mysticrealms.co.nr you will find a video trailer made by a fan there, and showing Actors Think They Could play the roles. It's really good, and I recommend anyone interested to take a look - They Have down as King Oberon Orlando Bloom!

Andrea I'm a guy and I like the stories of other worlds, so wonder how in the world and how different it is from our fairy Tania?
And then the king is named as her cat or the cat is named as a king?

First, let me shed light on the question of the name Cat. I presume you're asking for Merle Oberon, right? Well, Merle Oberon was a star of the film so long ago (you can find it on Wikipedia if you care) and I used his name for my cat - and this was long before I thought even just to King Oberon, Queen Titania Princess Tania and the Fate - so basically it's a coincidence! If you really are coincidences, that is.

For your other question, there are probably three different places where the fairy world is different from ours. First, a lot of people are immortal - they can be killed or die in accidents but not for old age. Second, there is a kind of magic in you - Known as the Mystic Arts. Not everyone has access to these arts and learn to use them can take years and years of hard work. Basically, in the fairy world, everything has a "spirit" and, with everything, I mean water, rocks, trees, air, clouds, rain - all I can think of. These spirits are neither evil ... they are benevolent and just. But you can call them to do specific things - if you learn how to communicate with them. E 'talking to the spirits of things that people are able to use the "magic" in the fairy world, but as I said, not everyone is capable. Third, I suppose, is that there is no metal between you - in fact the fairy people are highly allergic to the metal ... they burn! They shall beat their swords from the hard white crystal, and certainly not metal. They have never had an "industrial revolution" which explains why they live in a world that seems to be 500 years back.

First of all, let me clear up the question about the cat's name. I'm assuming you're Asking about Merle Oberon, yes? Well, Merle Oberon Was a movie star a long time ago (Could you look her up on Wikipedia if you are interested) - and I just used her name for my cat - and That Was a long time before I even thought of King Oberon and Princess Tania and Queen Titania of Faerie - so, basically, it is a coincidence! If there really are coincidences, that is.

As for your other question, there are probably three main ways in which Faerie is different from our world. Firstly, the people there are pretty much immortal – they can be killed or die in accidents, but they do not die of old age. Secondlt there is a kind of magic in Faerie – known as the Mystic Arts. Not everyone has access to these arts, and to learn to use them can take years and years of hard work. Basically, in Faerie, everything has a “spirit”, and by everything, I man water, stone, trees, air, clouds, rain – everything you could think of. These spirits are neither bad nor good – they are simply there. But they can be called on to do specific things – if you learn how to speak with them. It is by speaking with the spirits of things that people are able to do “magic” in Faerie, but as I said, not everyone can do it. Thirdly, I suppose, is the fact that there is no metal in Faerie – in fact, the people of Faerie are highly allergic to metal – it burns them! They make their swords out of hard white crystal, and of course, lacking metal, they never had an “industrial revolution” which partly explains why they live in a world that seems to be about 500 years before ours.

Simonetta: Io invece sono una mamma e mia figlia impazzisce per le fate (tanto running for a house with several wings and crowns).
I would ask two things: 1) What do you think is the best way to encourage children to read?
2) Tania in her books is the fairy princess, but of all the fairies, including Italian ones? (By Arianna, 6 years)

In response to the first question I think the best way to introduce children to reading and beginning reading for them. Read stories to young children makes them interested in the idea of the characters, plot and adventure. Later, when the baby is a little bigger, can be read in conjunction with an older person and, finally, perhaps you could read aloud with an adult. The best way to maintain the interest of a child and read books where the characters have roughly the same age or older, not too big that he could not understand what is happening, but not too young because they would be bored. The more the child is surrounded by books, the more you will rejoice. And the good thing about books is that they do not need electricity to operate! Another good idea is to read the story and then ask the child to invent what will happen next - and maybe even write it. In this way begin to understand how stories are born.

The world of the fairies in my books is very simile ad una versione antica delle isole Britanniche – ma sono sicuro che l’Italia abbia le proprie fate – magari ad Arianna piacerebbe scrivere la sua storia personale sulle fate italiane?

In answer to the first question, I think that the best way to introduce children to reading is to start of by reading to them. Reading stories to young children will get them interested in the idea of characters and plots and adventures. Then, when the child is a little older, they can read along with an older person, and finally, maybe they could read aloud with the older person. The best way to keep a child interested is to read them books where the main characters are probably about a year or so older than they are; no so much older that they cannot understand what is going on, but not younger either, so they are bored. The more that children are surrounded by books, the more they will enjoy them. And the great thing about a book is that it doesn’t need electricity to work! An other good idea, is to read part of a story to a child and then ask them to invent what happens next – and maybe even to write it down. That way they will begin to understand how stories happen.

The world of Faerie in my books is very much like an old version of The British Isles – but I am sure Italy has its own Faeries – perhaps Arianna would like to write her own stories about Italian faeries?

Sara88: by enthusiasts do much to have a collection I wonder what legends are based is to describe the life and habits of the fairies? Or as he prepared to venture into this world so fabulous?

My main inspiration is to create the fairies from a book titled Faerie Queen, which was written in the 17th century and many Shakespeare plays, including "dream of a midsummer night." I also researched the legends of King Arthur and many other Celtic myths and legends. I also mentioned some things that I read fantasy books in my life and I borrowed some ideas, changing a bit and rearrange it so that they fit the world I had created. In the fifth book, for example, there is a character named Mrs. Green - a witch - which is based on the shape of Li Tam, the character of an old folk song. Seriously, I was inspired by so many parts that it is now difficult to remember - and sometimes the ideas in the mind seems to jump out of nowhere ... like the idea of Crystalhenge, similar to Stonehenge in England, simply because of huge blue crystals. Overall, the clothes are a mix of Fate "real" clothes of the Tudor period of English and clothes worn by women in Arthurian legend.

My main inspiration in creating a book Called Faerie Came From The Faerie Queen which was written in the 17 th Century, and from many Shakespeare Plays, including A Midsummer Night’s Dream. I also researched the legends of King Arthur and various other Celtic myths and legends. Also, I remembered things from fantasy books I have read over my life, and I borrowed several ideas from them, changing them a little and adapting them to work within the world I had created. In book 5, for instance, I have a character called the Green Lady – a witch – and she was based on a characters in an old folk song called Tam Lin. Really, I get my ideas from so many different places that it’s hard to remember – and sometimes the ideas just seem to pop into my head from nowhere – like the idea of Crystalhenge, Which is like Stonehenge in England, only made from huge blue crystals. On the whole, the clothes people wear in Faerie That Are A mic of "real" Inglese Tudor period clothes and gowns worn by women in the Arthurian Legends.

Sarettah: then if you had to choose: which character in the book would be? and why?

The character of Princess Hopie is partially based on the person of my wife Claudia - and is married to a man named Brython, so if I were in the book I want to be the husband of Hopie. Not only because she is married but also because they live in a great castle on the sea, and I think I could appreciate.

Princess Hopie's character Was Partly based on my wife Claudia - and she is married to a man names Brython, I know if I were in the books, I Would Want To Be Hopie's husband Brython, Not Just Because he's married to Hopie, But Also Because They live in a really cool castle by the sea, Which is something I think I would enjoy.

Ok, the last ... and now you want to add something before you take leave from the dance?
I'd just like to thank you all for being with me as I tried to answer your questions but, above all, to be interested in my work. If someone wants to ask me any questions or learn more about my books, go ahead on http://www.allanfrewinjones.com/ - you will comment on the blog and write me mail - but I fear that the latter should be in English.
So now ... greetings to you all for the moment ... and Happy New Year!

I'd just like to thank you all for staying with me as I tried to answer your questions, And Also to thank you for taking an interest in my work in the first place. If anyone wants to ask me more questions or to find out more about my books, please go to www.allanfrewinjones.com - you can comment on blogs or send me emails - But The emails will need to be in Inglese, I'm afraid.

What Can Cure Geogrphic Tongue

preparing for Christmas Birthday

Sunday dedicated to the kitchen, also because I could not do anything else because it snowed all day! Luckily, yesterday I spent the whole day shopping in endless lines to finish the last purchase of Christmas decorations including raisins and candied fruit and
... The first thing on the program was the panettone from Milan: I found two recipes on the Internet so similar that I've come to the conclusion that they were happy the real recipe! Anyway this sort of game started last night at where and a half and is just now finishing in the oven at home.
I kneaded and pushed up to four times the dough so I added a little every time 'and then more flour candied raisins, sugar and eggs and butter ... just publish the recipe after trying the result.
Show that I've made ravioli with pears, pecorino cheese and served with walnut sauce.
Ingredients for the pasta (hand-rolled) :
 • 100 gr. OO flour, 1 egg
 • ;
 • 1 tablespoon oil;
 • poppy seeds;
Ingredients for filling:
 • kaiser 1 pear;
 • 50 gr. ricotta, pecorino romano cheese
 • ;
 • nutmeg;
 • black pepper, salt
Make a fountain with the flour to break the egg in the center with oil salt and poppy seeds, beat the egg with a fork, gradually incorporating flour until it is compact, then knead with your hands for about 10 minutes, make a ball and let stand twenty - twenty five minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the pear into small pieces and toss in pan with some butter in a bowl, mix ricotta, pecorino grated nutmeg and pepper: Add the pears when they have cooled.
Roll out the dough on a wooden rolling pin with a rather long and heavy, cut into large squares and place in center the filling, then close to the triangle and make the sauce. Cook in boiling salted water, drain and dress with walnut sauce (diluted with hot water for pasta). Obviously
doses are minimal in the way we want: I have used to verify the consistency of the dough and how many minutes are needed for cooking.
Meanwhile decorations continue and then continues into the Christmas religious thought, at least for me, yesterday's race walking towards one of the oldest and finest grocery stores in Genoa, hidden in the narrow streets are entered in the Church of San Donato a very small and very old church with a beauty moving and there I felt so happy and grateful because after all there are so many beautiful things to be enjoyed even small ... very small

Dark Blue Shirt With A Black Tie

This year is ending and I find myself celebrating a birthday. .. I do not want to do analysis and draw together the threads of my life: I only know that I go to the pool to fight the force of gravity tends to pull everything down and get the flab on the sides not to stop, because the pounds are never where they should ?!
Yesterday I watched the tree, which are able to do despite the infiltration of water from the ceiling have delayed the work, is a bit ' wrong ... but stable after several years I have found a way to fix it right ...
I also feel a little 'twisted like a tree full of decorations, but from year to year increase, and finally stable cabbage a great result!
On this occasion I decided to make homemade pasta and roll out the dough by hand: the moment the photo does not make it but the flavor and texture, yes ... even though I almost have embarked wrists because they could not even hold a fork (pull six ounces of flour is not as simple as it sounds!).

SUPER PREVIEW: Bloodlines Series by Richelle Mead

RICHELLE MEAD ON HIS NEW SERIES, BLOODLINE
Richelle Mead has now graduated with Vampire Academy.
The sixth and final book in his popular series arrives in stores on Dec. 7 and she is already working on his next project, Bloodlines. We talked with Mead in the series (on sale this August). - KEITH STASKIEWICH

Bloodlines Vampire Academy will be tied to?
We are still in the same universe, same rules, everything.
But the characters who had a minor role now our main.
The narrator is Sydney, a human. She is an alchemy. Jill, a vampire Moroi she will play a key role. The main male character will be a big surprise. I will tell you only that it is one of love interests Vampire Academy.
Where is the setting for the story?
In the world of humans, a high school in humans. Before we were in a universe vampire but now our players will play according to human rules to try to adapt. This will give a whole new perspective. And the school is in Califorinia. Lunine and sunny, which is problematic for vampires.
But they could still make a trip to the Pacific Northwest coast if they wanted.
's where I am right now, and certainly not bright and sunny. Now I finally understood why Twilight is set here and it would be easy enough for vampires.
As an alchemist, able to Sidney get good grades in chemistry?
is currently in AP chemistry. And it's very bored.
(My Own Translation)

MISERIACCIA OH!
In reality I was not exactly an end but with news like that who cares right?
I had read on the site of the Mead news of a series to follow that of Vampire Academy, a Spin-Off of which it was rumored, and now the news has been confirmed!
The series will be put on the market next summer under the title Bloodlines . I'm really
esaltatissimissima>. < Sqeeeeee
* * And then who will be the famous main male character? I would have some
ideuzza and all converge on him but I will not say more.
If you had not read all the books in the series.
Ok, I can not resist. Away with the speculation! We say this to you ...
Spirit Bound in its "Night in Vegas" is that someone noticed them, let's say from Sydney??
Well, I think that might be a clue.
For the choice of Sydney as heroin are very happy. Escude
the first 30 pages of Blood Promise in which I was not very nice, Sydney has managed to win!
I want to know more about the alchemists, the famous tattoo on his family and, well ... even now the star has its own charm.
I die, I die really the desire to know more and I will add it to my library. We said no
August? Only 9 more months = (

I know, this should be a blog about books and movies, but ... Little Red Riding Hood??
premise that while watching the trailer I was esaltatissima, the guy who jumped on the chair, my excitement lasted until I read ... by the director of Twilight ... Doh!
I seriously loved the books of Meyer films but I can not see them!
now, counting that Little Red Riding Hood in older versions do not was a fairy tale for children, had a sexual morality, the wolf was a metaphor for evil men of violence and cannibalism and read a page and no ( Le Petit Chaperon Rouge by Charles Perrault) hope with all my heart that they have made a surrogate of twilight. I
all expectations to the film, see March aspiettiamo =)
And do not you? What is Little Red Riding Hood?

When Not To Pay For Daughter's Wedding

MEDITERRANEAN from Courbet to Monet to Matisse

Last week was finally inaugurated the exhibition in the poster that I quoted, I write because it was from this last summer, being aware, I waited the time when I could go to admire the great artists such as Monet, Cezanne, Van Gogh ..
I can say that my expectations were not disappointed: the main theme of the exhibition is indicated in the title, namely the Mediterranean, with its light, colors, moods, sometimes seems to smell and sounds of some beaches and some glimpses of the sea ...
The exhibition begins with paintings in which realism is to prevail, in which the colors and shapes faithfully reproduce the images of the south of France and areas of Nice, Antibes, Montpellier or near which he worked Courbet ...
but then the interpretation of the painting, the relationship with the representation of reality and then change the landscape even though the same is represented, felt differently and the colors fade and represent the atmosphere and feel like Monet ...
... and the warmth and strength of Van Gogh in the last years of his life.
The exhibition
Monday to Friday 9-19 Saturday and Sunday at
90-20
Closed 24 -25 - December 31
Palazzo Ducale in Genoa until May 1, 2011
