How Much Wood To Smoke
2010 farewell ... MERRY CHRISTMAS ...
We have one more day and this year is over: I hate this holiday you do not know why you always have fun, you're a poor man if you go out to uncork the champagne with a hundred others like you coming out to say they had been left at home, it seems that we need to draw together the threads of their lives ... because you know another year has passed and you, what have you done? What fantastic events you let that occur in your life?
... But please! Sometimes I think the fantastic event that occurred in my life is that I could bring home the skin, mine and those I love ... that is not something so obvious!
Then I thought, in fact, there is a long list of things that I thought: the first in chronological order, starting now and going back is that now my "almost" in-law put me to the place computer, installing a program to see some cross-stitch patterns that would otherwise not even through a telescope, I have Outlook installed, I can use blogger draft ... I feel like a fulfilled woman!
I read about forty books, visited at least three shows (say six because I saw them twice each !)... no to be precise I've seen four shows!
I celebrated in my house (a mansion!) Five birthday parties, held a baptism with a lot of favors, a Halloween party, Christmas and New Year's next ...
repainted the kitchen, hall, attacked the new pictures ... completed at least three cross stitch ... big!
Learned to pull the dough: experiencing four kinds of pasta!
So I lived! and are so happy about this and have loved as I could, as best I could ... have not become richer financially, I have not found a husband, I have traveled if not in my mind but I feel that I went far away and then be back ... So with all my heart hope to all people, big and small they fought like me, even more than me this year, has now come to an end HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!!!!!

I started writing fantasy stories and I sent my first book to a publisher when I was in my teens. I was rejected, but since I had written for myself, I was not particularly upset. I continued to write and I tried to be re-released some years later. In the 80's. The fantasy then it was not something that publishers were interested, so I wrote romantic novels for children and similar books. I had several books published in 1992 and I was able to become a writer full time. Then, in the late 90's, Harry Potter has arrived and suddenly every publisher wanted a new fantasy.
And so I wrote the Faerie Path series and Warrior Princess, both of which are fantasy, even if they are very different from each other as a series.
It 's true, I like to play and create art work - and the simple answer to your question is that we simply do not have the necessary perseverance to learn to play an instrument at high levels - all of that exercise is not continuous for me! So, in conclusion, I play different instruments, not very well, and this is my hobby.
Similarly, although I like art, painting, drawing, etc. I do not feel inspired to create a lot of artwork - again, this is an enjoyable hobby.
But writing is my first love, is something I've always done and probably will always continue to do. I tend to see things in words rather than images, and I love the act of putting words on paper - or on a computer screen these days, certainly. I think I simply love playing with words and that's all, it's all there. As some people like to dance or play football, but I love writing.
I'm just lucky to be able to make a living doing something I love so much.
While writing this series has had difficulty in creating a teenage protagonist?
I write children's books for 25 years now and never think to find too difficult to enter the minds of the protagonists. Try to imagine even as a teenager - to get my characters to behave as naturally as possible, given the strange things that happen to them.

First, let me shed light on the question of the name Cat. I presume you're asking for Merle Oberon, right? Well, Merle Oberon was a star of the film so long ago (you can find it on Wikipedia if you care) and I used his name for my cat - and this was long before I thought even just to King Oberon, Queen Titania Princess Tania and the Fate - so basically it's a coincidence! If you really are coincidences, that is.
For your other question, there are probably three different places where the fairy world is different from ours. Since I earn my living writing, I have to work on a daily basis. I tend to start more or less between 8 am and 9 am, arriving at his desk and control, first, the incoming mail. I receive fan mail almost every day and always reply personally as soon as possible. The first idea came after a visit to Hampton Court Palace in London - where the idea of \u200b\u200ba kind of enchanted world of the Tudors came the first time. But I needed a modern setting so that readers could get involved in what happened - which is where Tania has emerged as the main character. She's a modern girl who lives his life in modern London - and ignoring of being half fairy! For your other question, there are probably three different places where the fairy world is different from ours. First, a lot of people are immortal - they can be killed or die in accidents but not for old age. Second, there is a kind of magic in you - Known as the Mystic Arts. ... The first thing on the program was the panettone from Milan: I found two recipes on the Internet so similar that I've come to the conclusion that they were happy the real recipe! Anyway this sort of game started last night at where and a half and is just now finishing in the oven at home.
I kneaded and pushed up to four times the dough so I added a little every time 'and then more flour candied raisins, sugar and eggs and butter ... just publish the recipe after trying the result.
Show that I've made ravioli with pears, pecorino cheese and served with walnut sauce.
Ingredients for the pasta (hand-rolled) : - 100 gr. OO flour, 1 egg

- 1 tablespoon oil;
- poppy seeds;
- kaiser 1 pear;
- 50 gr. ricotta, pecorino romano cheese

- nutmeg;
- black pepper, salt
Make a fountain with the flour to break the egg in the center with oil salt and poppy seeds, beat the egg with a fork, gradually incorporating flour until it is compact, then knead with your hands for about 10 minutes, make a ball and let stand twenty - twenty five minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the pear into small pieces and toss in pan with some butter in a bowl, mix ricotta, pecorino grated nutmeg and pepper: Add the pears when they have cooled.

premise that while watching the trailer I was esaltatissima, the guy who jumped on the chair, my excitement lasted until I read ... by the director of Twilight ... Doh!
I seriously loved the books of Meyer films but I can not see them!
now, counting that Little Red Riding Hood in older versions do not was a fairy tale for children, had a sexual morality, the wolf was a metaphor for evil men of violence and cannibalism and read a page and no ( Le Petit Chaperon Rouge by Charles Perrault) hope with all my heart that they have made a surrogate of twilight. I
all expectations to the film, see March aspiettiamo =)

Last week was finally inaugurated the exhibition in the poster that I quoted, I write because it was from this last summer, being aware, I waited the time when I could go to admire the great artists such as Monet, Cezanne, Van Gogh ..
I can say that my expectations were not disappointed: the main theme of the exhibition is indicated in the title, namely the Mediterranean, with its light, colors, moods, sometimes seems to smell and sounds of some beaches and some glimpses of the sea ...
The exhibition begins with paintings in which realism is to prevail, in which the colors and shapes faithfully reproduce the images of the south of France and areas of Nice, Antibes, Montpellier or near which he worked Courbet ...
but then the interpretation of the painting, the relationship with the representation of reality and then change the landscape even though the same is represented, felt differently and the colors fade and represent the atmosphere and feel like Monet ...
